• Payment confirmation details. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical records such as pages visited, used to keep the site working.

• To reply to your inquiries and prepare project proposals.
• To build, launch, and support the website you hired us for.
• To send service messages such as project updates and appointment details.
• To send text messages, where you have given us a phone number and agreed to receive them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Text message consent

By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive messages, you consent to receiving text messages from Summit Systems related to your project or inquiry. We will not send marketing texts without your permission. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you opt out you may receive one final message confirming your request. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that help us operate, such as our hosting platform, our payment processor Stripe, and messaging tools used to reach you.
• Professional advisors, when needed, and only the minimum required.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Inquiry and project information is kept while we work with you and for a reasonable period afterward so we can support your site and meet any legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing us.

Keeping it safe

Your information is stored with reputable hosting providers using encryption in transit and at rest. Access is limited to Summit Systems. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Cookies

This site uses only the basic cookies and local storage needed for the site to work and remember your preferences. We do not run advertising trackers.
