Agreement to these terms

By using this website, submitting a form, or purchasing a service from Summit Systems, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services. Questions can be sent to summitsystemsdigital@gmail.com.

Services

Summit Systems provides website design, website redesigns, and ongoing digital support for businesses. The specific work, timeline, and deliverables for your project are agreed with you directly before or at the start of the project.

Payments

• Prices are listed in Canadian dollars. Our professional business website is offered as a one time purchase.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Card details never reach us.
• Work begins once payment is received and your onboarding details have been submitted.

What we need from you

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you provide, including text, images, and business details.
• You confirm you own, or have permission to use, everything you send us. This includes logos, photos, and written content.
• Timely feedback keeps projects moving. Long delays in feedback may extend the timeline.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are part of every project. We will review the site with you and make changes until it matches what was agreed. Complete redesigns after approval, or work outside the original scope, may be quoted separately before any new work begins.

Ownership

Once your final payment is complete, you own your website content and the finished site delivered to you. Summit Systems keeps the right to reference the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Third party tools used on your site, such as fonts, stock images, or payment platforms, remain governed by their own licenses.

Cancellations and refunds

If you need to cancel a project, contact us as soon as possible. Work already completed is billable, and any refund owed is handled case by case. If we ever cancel a project on our side, you receive a refund for any work not yet completed.

Text message terms

• By giving us your phone number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to messages from Summit Systems about your inquiry or project.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts are not a fully secure way to send sensitive information.

Limitation of liability

We work carefully, but websites can have issues beyond anyone's control, such as hosting outages or third party changes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summit Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the site or its use. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with the date it was last updated.
